South Abilene Venture-involved planning and development layout for a mixed commercial-retail, multi-family and single family planned development in south Abilene including site layout, flood plain/FEMA map amendments, negotiations with municipality for zoning changes and utility extensions to support intended uses.


  • Saddle Creek Estates-Abilene, Texas- Successfully completed the development of planned residential subdivision from concept to final lot sellout including establishing and initial management of the property owner's association.
